|
Buildings
and structure, fixed machinery and equipment, site improvements,
office space to administer plant |

|
Land,
existing improvements, construction-in-progress, personal property,
Hotels, housing, pipelines, gas and fluid storage, electrical
generating facilities, deferred maintenance, property with a useful
life less than 15 years. |

|
ECONOMIC |
|
Minimum
$500,000 investment, retain or create at least 5 jobs, cannot
reasonably use existing property. No "serious adverse
effect" on jurisdictions. |
